Saw you at The Beatles In Urmston and was knocked out by your brilliant set. Mike, I suppose I am a fan of you, and you never seem to age. God bless you all for your wonderful work.
At the end of your set, looking out over a crowd aged mostly 60+ you said who knew if we would meet again, and that has helped me make the decision to move back to Urmston, my home town. Thankyou x

Mike, you may have 10 years on me, but at our age that doesn't seem like much anymore. Thank you for helping me guide my life, and music since our teens.

Mike
I'm a huge Searchers fan, and just wanted to let you know that Roger McGuinn owes you everything for the Byrds Rickbacker guitar sound.

Thanks Mike for a top show the other night at Dundee and as a long time Searchers and Merseybeats fan, for me it was one of the best Solid Silver shows for a long time and the New Amen Corner did a great job of backing Dave Berry and yourself and well as singing old Amen Corner songs.

Hello Mike,
We were in the Edinburgh audience on Wednesday 10th April and thoroughly enjoyed the whole show. We loved the song about the coal miners and reckon you should record it - with New Amen Corner backing you on it as they're such an ace band!! You still have the voice and personality and let's hope you keep going for a few more years!!
Loved the Merseybeats too and must say I though it funny when Dave Berry was talking about having been here many years ago and a squeaky voice called out "daddy" - very funny moment!!
Thank you all for coming back to Scotland because so many tours miss out Scotland!!
