I am sure many of you will remember Billy Adamson, drummer with The Searchers from 1969 (after John Blunt) up until 1998. Sadly he passed away in hospital, after a short illness, aged only 69 years. Together with his wife Hilary they moved to live on the French Riviera, over ten years ago, which is where he spent his last days.
