Thanks for reminding us Roger. It was Tony who sang lead vocals on 'Sweets For My Sweet' the first No 1 and the song was driven by his strong bass playing. My favourite Searchers recordings are the earlier ones when Tony and Mike sang some brilliant harmonies.
