Would love to have met u under different circumstances. My da often spoke about u. Especially when I would sing ur songs in the boozers in Anfield. Anyway. Would love 2 have a chat with u. Enjoy your retirement, I went to your gig in the 60s at Lyme Regis Dorset, where I met my husband we had 43 wonderful years before he passed away, so The Searchers have alway had a special place in our hearts, we saw you many times, loved every minute of your shows, so we wishing you a very happy and healthy retirement, you will always have a special place in my heart, thank you xxx
