Back to the 80s.... 'Ain't Nothing But A House Party'!

Released in 1988, in both 7" and 12" versions, this one-off release featured lead or ex lead singers of sixties' groups. Mike Pender (Searchers), Tony Crane (Merseybeats), Brian Poole (Brian Poole & The Tremeloes), Reg Presley (Troggs) and Clem Curtis (Foundations) and a video was put together but the single sank without trace. The track was originally performed by The Showstoppers.

The video shows Mike, Tony, Brian, Reg and Clem being interviewed by Richard Madeley on ITV's This Morning programme when it was based in Liverpool Docks.
